The three DIRC meeting rooms are each represented by a square below. Bookings are made in half hour blocks. The three rooms are separated by folding doors that can be opened to form a larger space. For any given time period you can book one, two or three rooms, depending on how much space you need.
| This block indicates that a room is available to be booked. | This block indicates that a room has been booked and is unavailable. |
| Exp 1st Jan This block indicates that a room has been tentatively booked. These represent bookings that are being held until payment is received. If we don't receive payment for this room by the date displayed, it will become available to be booked again. |
